Lenci 1930's Doll Exhibit
This picture was a negative image shown on the website linked below (see original description), the original glass negative was already sold, but I made a positive image of the web image on my computer. This appears to be a Lenci exhibit possibly in Italy, or UK, sometime in the 1930's Above is the positive image I created from it in Photoshop.
Seated on the center row, right side, we see one of the early Lenci glass-eyed googlies, and another one standing in the front row,right of center, in dark outfit is a glass-eyes googly schoolgirl. This suggests a date after 1935, as seen in a Lenci Catalog from the same period from the mid to late 1930's production. also seen are some Lenci plush toys from this era.

Antique glass negative showing a store window display full of Lenci dolls. Above the display is "Lenci". The dolls are priced with Italian Lira or G.B. shilling 49'6 type prices. Negative is 6-1/2 x 8-1/2 in size."
